Mezzo Music School

We combine having fun and learning to play keyboards with how to read music. MMS does this by incorporating all the best elements from the Yamaha and Kodaly methods and infusing it with Andrew’s own inimitable style.

Why group lessons? because they are fun!!  And both kids and grown ups make friends and can encourage and support each other. This helps to reinforce a key aspect of Mezzo Music School, which is that we achieve something new every week!

Whatever your favourite style of music, we will help you to read music fast, whether it be Classical, Pop, Jazz or something else.

If you prefer, private lessons are available at $60 p/hr.

Music has been shown in numerous studies to improve concentration, I.Q., and relaxation, and we certainly agree with the words of the famous Greek philospher – Plato.

For Mezzo Music School, music is not optional, Music is a way of life!

About Us

Who we are

The foundations for Mezzo Music School were laid in the UK, where many years experience were gained running the largest Yamaha Music school.

Parallel with this was a substantial program of conducting examinations for the London College of music as well as Yamaha.

Andrew has considerable experience in many fields of music, from classical piano and keyboards generally through to vocal training, and this has literally played out all over the world. Having toured with INXS, Andrew has also written and recorded for Island Records publishing. He also has film credits which include ‘What a girl wants’ where he was vocal coach to John Travolta’s wife Kelly Preston, and Oliver James. Click Here for the MMS Gallery.

Movement in music performance is yet another feature of Andrew’s extensive background, having worked with Bruno Tonioli of Strictly Come Dancing fame.

Andrew’s professional qualifications include B.A.(Hons) and the Yamaha Music School Teaching Diploma.

To ensure the highest standards of conduct, Andrew Adigun has undergone and passed Blue card vetting. Confidence and peace of mind to you and your family.
